Yay! You all know how much we love Dropbox here at GeekRev. Well, we also love vimeo. While a lot of the videos we create for GeekRev.com are hosted on YouTube, our church uses vimeo for the videos we create for our faith community. We typically upload the finished video to dropbox for access by our media computer in the sanctuary, then also upload to vimeo so that people can view them later and share them with their social networks.

Well, now, among some other features, vimeo has added the ability to automatically upload video from Dropbox to vimeo – wiping out a whole step and a lot of time! Yay!

See how to make this work, after the break.

To set this up, go to https://vimeo.com/settings/apps, and you should see the option to connect with Dropbox, as in the image below.
